Your Day Will Come
Hey kiddo,
There are days when I look at the world and feel how terribly fragile everything is — like beauty floating for just a moment, catching the light, and never quite promising to stay. I don’t always know what to say about the heaviness, or how to explain the noise, or why things are so uncertain.
But I believe this: your day will come.
You will grow into a moment that asks something of you — asks for patience, asks for courage, asks for tenderness even when the world feels hard. And when that moment arrives, you won’t need a perfect answer. You’ll only need the one that has carried people through every season before — love — given freely, again and again.
I don’t know exactly what your world will look like. I only know that there is strength already in you, and that even in the hardest times, something gentle can still guide the way. Until then, hold fast. There is beauty here, even now. And when your time comes, you will know what to do.
Love,
Papa
